Q:How can I contact the moderators?
A:You can send individual Private Messages to any one moderator. You can see which moderators are currently online by looking at the userlist at the bottom of the main enMasse forum index page or the bottom of the TAT page.

You can also contact the moderators as a group by e-mailing to contactus@enmasse.ca.

Q:What are the rules that govern the enMasse forum?
A:The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) contains the rules of the forum and the consequences for infractions of those rules. You can find a link to the AUP at the top of most pages in the enMasse forum.

Q:How do the moderators decide when to intervene in the forum?
A:Usually the moderators are pretty easy-going. The idea is to not interfere in dialogue, and mostly we find that when members work things out themselves, it brings lasting peace. Really. ;-)

However, we also try to respond as quickly as we can to members' problems or complaints, and everyone should feel free at any time to ask us for help.

If we see someone behaving in a way that seriously violates the AUP, we will take action.

A:TS., Diane Demorney, and Tehanu. The moderating team will serve a six month term.
